3. Purchase Conditions and Prices

All prices shown in the store are in Mexican pesos (MXN). We reserve the right to correct any typographical errors in product prices or descriptions before processing an order. The sales contract is finalized once payment has been authorized or when the product is paid for in person.


4. Shipping Methods and Carrier's Disclaimer of Liability

We ship nationwide throughout Mexico.


  • Carrier's responsibility: The preparation and delivery of the package to the courier company (such as DHL, FedEx, Estafeta, or similar) is carried out within the timeframes indicated on the website. Once the package is received by the courier company, ownership and the risk of loss or damage to the products are transferred to the customer.
  • Disclaimer: The store owner is not responsible for delivery delays, losses, theft, misplacement, or damage to merchandise directly attributable to the shipping or delivery company, nor for situations of unforeseen circumstances or force majeure. The customer must file any claims directly with the shipping company using the tracking number provided.


5. Personal Deliveries and Payments on Delivery

For the convenience of our local customers, we offer the option of personal delivery under the following rules:


  • Meeting points: Deliveries will be made exclusively at times and public places previously agreed between the owner and the buyer.
  • Card payment on delivery: If the user chooses this option, delivery of the merchandise will be contingent upon the bank card transaction (via mobile terminal) being successful and approved by the financial institution at that moment. If the payment is declined, the product will not be delivered.
  • Product verification: It is the customer's responsibility to inspect the integrity and condition of the product upon receipt during personal delivery. Once accepted and signed for (or paid for), no claims for cosmetic damage or missing parts will be accepted.


6. Return, Exchange and Refund Policies

  • Deadline for Reports: The client will have a period of 5 calendar days counted from the date of receipt of the product (according to the parcel tracking) to notify any manufacturing defect or error in the shipment through our official contact channels.


  • Product Conditions: For a return or exchange to be valid, the item must be in exactly the same condition as when it was delivered: brand new, with no signs of use, with its tags intact and in its original factory packaging.


  • Exceptions for Personal Deliveries: As established in the Personal Deliveries section, since the customer has the obligation and the opportunity to physically inspect the product at the time of delivery and sign or settle accordingly, No refunds or exchanges will be accepted after this date. for aesthetic damage, missing parts or dissatisfaction if the product was purchased under this modality.


  • Return Shipping Costs: If the return is due to an error on our part (sending the wrong product or a hidden manufacturing defect), we will cover the return shipping costs. If the return or exchange is due to customer preference (for example, a change of mind), the buyer will be responsible for all shipping costs, both ways.


  • Refund Process: Once we receive the returned product at our warehouse and verify that it meets the optimal packaging and physical condition standards, we will process the refund. Refunds will be issued exclusively via the same payment method used for the purchase and may take between 15 and 30 business days to be reflected, depending on the policies of the banking institution or payment processor.


  • Changes due to Customer Error: If the customer has made a mistake when selecting the product during their online purchase (for example, choosing the wrong model, design, or variant), they may request a physical exchange. This exchange will be strictly subject to availability. subject to stock availability in our inventory upon receiving the returned product. If the requested item is no longer available, the customer will be offered the option of exchanging it for a product of equal value or receiving a store credit voucher for future purchases. No cash refunds or transfers will be issued for errors attributable to the buyer.
